To evaluate the accuracy of detected loops, we gathered high-confident ENCODE interactions, eQTL, and CRISPR/Cas9 perturbations contacts to construct gold standard datasets. To ensure the fairness of comparison, we generated three golden loop sets for each testing dataset by setting different significance threshold to filter the candidate loops, through which we obtained the golden loop sets with similar number of loops.
